The weekend programme:
Friday afternoon: the “Piadina” (flatbread)!
Put a finger “in the pie” and learn to make the famous “Piadina Romagnola”!
After that, there will be a tasting of typical wines from Romagna, accompanied by the “Piadina” cooked by you and local cheeses.
Saturday afternoon: the “Passatelli” in meat broth!
Beat eggs, put a finger “in the pie” and learn to make “Passatelli” in broth.
Dinner with grilled fish.
After dinner, tasting of local craft beers.
Sunday morning: the “Lasagne”!
Puff pastry and meat sauce to learn how to cook the “Lasagne”.
At the end of the course, you’ll receive a basket with typical products from Romagna and another surprise!
