From sand to vats… Bellaria Igea Marina is completely adorned with Christmas cribs of all kinds!
After visiting the "Sand Nativity" by the sea, you can head towards the center of Bellaria to admire the Nativity scenes in the vats!!!
Christmas shines along the pedestrian avenue Paolo Guidi, better known as "Viale dei Platani" for its splendid plane trees that frame it! Among festive lights, shining like falling stars, you will find original cribs of all kinds displayed in typical wine barrels.
Set in the most suggestive corners of the avenue, the ancient wooden vats are placed with a surprise inside them … each holds a small crib. The creations are of various types: fair trade cribs, in recycled material, modern or traditional, created by schools, groups and artists.
Between one vat and the other you can stroll through shops and maybe do some Christmas shopping … clothing, shoes, underwear, perfume and jewelry ... you'll find everything, you'll be spoiled for choice!!!
Finally, sit in a nice central bar to intersperse your walk; a warm place to sip a good hot drink … a coffee, herbal tea or hot chocolate to warm your heart. In the meantime you can admire the Christmas stroll: Bellaria is always animated during the festive periods!
